Ash Class is made up of 20 enthusiastic, kind and curious children who make our classroom a wonderful place to learn. As a team, we work together, support one another and always strive to be the best that we can be. We are proud to be part of a school community that believes in Excellence for Everyone, and we aim to reflect this in everything we do.

In Ash Class, we are encouraged to become confident and independent learners. We embrace challenges, learn from our mistakes and celebrate our successes along the way. We work collaboratively, listen to one another and show respect and kindness to everyone in our classroom.
We are excited for all of the learning adventures that this year will bring and look forward to discovering new things, developing our skills and making lots of happy memories together.

Things to remember:
  • PE will take place on Monday and Tuesday. Children must come to school wearing their full PE kits on these days.
  • Children are expected to 'strive for 5' and record this in the children's reading record - they are checked on Thursday so please ensure it is signed each week. Our class % is shared in our whole school celebration every Friday.
  • Please ensure your child is wearing the correct school uniform. Your child's shoes must be black school shoe/trainer (no coloured trainers). Jewellery is not allowed (except stud earrings) and girls should not come to school with nail varnish on.
  • Please ensure your child's uniform is labelled so it is easier to locate if something goes missing.
  • Please ensure your child has a water bottle in school everyday.
